Great headphones for a great price
This is my second pair of these. First pair just stopped working after about 2 years. That said, I enjoyed them enough to buy a second pair, and at the price point, I can live with a 2 year lifespan.

Don’t buy
Let me start by saying that I own two of these already and I am very familiar with how they work. I love these headphones when they work. They sound awesome and I would keep buying them if they weren’t all defective. I have tried three times to purchase new ones. Twice new for my daughter a little over a year ago. And now once refurbished as my older pair lost Audio on one side. All three times I had the same problem. When plugged in with the charger, the LED will indicate a full charge but after unplugging, the headphones are completely unresponsive. It appears that there is an issue with battery after so long and I don’t think that they are making this model anymore. I ended up buying my daughter the Beats Flex instead which has worked fine. I just likes the Beats X better because it used a lightning port instead of a USB C. It was just easier to keep one kind of charger where I needed it and not have to swap them out. Unfortunately it looks like they are all nearing the end of their lives and I will have to go with the Flex model instead.

Awesome!! Here is why
If you ride a motorcycle just buy it. I have a 23 Indian scout rogue and I commute to work with it 75miles round trip keep in mind I have a loud exhaust. So hearing nothing besides wind and the exhaust gets annoying and boring.. I didn’t want to spend $200 plus on a set of speakers for my helmet. And I have AirPod pro 2 which are phenomenal however in a helmet they always pop out of my ears. But the beats with some 3 flange ear tips they are just as great as the AirPods but stay in my ears. I can hear every note to the music I play not only that but my exhaust I can barely hear it. So 10/10 especially for the price.

Great sound
I had these a little over a year before one side stopped working. Great for listening to music, but any background noise is picked up when talking on the phone which has been annoying to whoever I was talking to. They are comfortable to wear so you don't really feel them around your neck. I prefer these over earbuds because I always seem to lose one. The charging speed is good, and it was easy to connect to my phone.

Looks New and Sounds Great
I had a previous pair of this earphone and loved it. Unfortunately, it got mangled in a turnstile machine and was stripped. I was upset at having to buy a brand new pair until I logged on to my Amazon app and saw a prime renew pair. I immediately purchased it and received it in no time. To date, I have absolutely no complaints. All I can say is that I'm hooked on first looking for renew electronic items before buying new. I definitely recommend to anyone looking to save money.

Damaged box/didn’t work
Product arrived and looked like it had been slid around the floor. It was scratched and damaged. That along with seeing another language on the price tag (maybe it was Egyptian?) had me worried how these headphones would work. I plugged them into the charger and it flashed red and white several times, then a constant red. Then when it was charged it was white. I took it off the charger and tried to turn it on. It wouldn’t turn on. I’ve had my old pair for a couple years so I’m very familiar with how these should work and how to troubleshoot. Anything I tried would not help it to ever turn on. I appreciated being able to return these and get a full refund. I ended up buying some for the same price at Costco.

Not what they used to be
I’ve been buying these same headphones for years now. I absolutely love them. Unfortunately, this set seem madd bootleg. They don’t work like any of the previous ones I’ve had and when they didn’t come in the same packaging that they usually come in I had a feeling something would be off. I love them because they’re like the only set that fit and stay in my ear comfortably. I hate them because just making the two earphones connect magnetically doesn’t hang up calls. I also don’t like that I can’t answer calls just by pulling the headphones apart. Another thing I don’t like is that they still play while magnetically connected andddd if I’m watching something on my phone it doesn’t just switch from my phone to head set by pulling them apart. I don’t remember ever having to do anything in settings in order for these features to work sooo I’m confused and disappointed. It’s annoying to have to actually use the phone to switch to my headphones
