No complaints, works well in office.
I figured I would give this a try at my office. The cup with the filter inside will hold 20oz of water. It can filter about 10oz at a time with what the upper cup above the filter will hold. It takes 1-2 minutes to filter about 10oz of water. I usually keep another cup or larger tumbler that I refill at the fountain and then dump over as the filter cup gets low. It's not really portable in the sense that if you would carry it to where you are filling it you are only getting about 10oz of water or waiting 1-2 minutes before adding more water. It does do a good job at filtering and makes my water at work not taste like treated city water which is what I bought it for. I usually refill the cup fully 2-3 times a day and the filter lasts me about 2-3 weeks roughly. You can use it longer than this from experience but it's effectiveness does decrease over time. I am not sure if it will help but I decided to post this review to give some measurements and an idea of what to expect from this cup.

I love the concept
UPDATE: This product broke after just a couple uses, before I even had time to use the 2 replacement filters that I bought for it. The plastic was just SO BRITTLE. I'm extremely upset.---- I love the concept, but it's not perfect. I wish that this came in a larger size, with an opaque cup instead of a see-through cup. It looks weird - I think that the plastic should hide the filter instead. Also, the straw and cup feel very brittle and breakable. I hope that Zero Water will release a better version of the tumbler in the future because I really like their filters.

Travelpetfect
Awesome cup for travel and on the go when you only have tap water and Want it filtered! Works well and makes most bad taste go away, not top quality filtration but good for what it is...Easy to use, wish the overall fill of clean volume were slightly bigger but I assume they chose the ratio for many reasons. Good enough!Like having a backup filter bc I go thru Em fast. And have brought empty through airports and then saved a lot on bottled water! Try it!

Straw penetrated the bottom surface of the tumbler when dropped
Like others, I dropped it (on carpet), and it broke pretty easily with the force of the straw going through the bottom of the cup. It completely cracked the bottom. This is a very cheap design given how much technology goes into the filter.I am happy with the overall idea but disappointed with the tumbler's quality. I'm going to buy another because I value the idea, but it's pretty disappointing, and I'm going to have to be very careful from now on.
