FoMaKoNDI PTZ Camera Controller 3" Preview LCD, NDI Camera Controller Keyboard with 4D Joystick for Live Streaming KC608N Black

Just received this controller and a FoMaKo camera and ran it through tests. PoE worked as advertised. VISCA over IP worked as advertised. The focus control worked. The range of speeds is great. The preview function worked. Setup menus are easy to use. The search button found the camera on the same network (I used static IPs). The controls feel very professional. Would recommend for churches or other live venues on a medium budget when you need PTZ and/or more than one camera.

Most of the reviews that like this controller are spot on. There are only a couple things that i do not like about this controller. As stated in other reviews, the on screen display option (OSD) has no function! i am using this to control 4 Sony SRG120-DH cameras, and when the OSD button is pressed, by golly the OSD appears, but there is no way to navigate the menus, and no way to get it off the screen without power cycling the camera. We had to purchase a Sony remote to change the settings on our cameras (Sony remote # RM-EV100). Not a huge issue, but hey... The other thing that i hate is that "up" on the joystick is when you push it forward. I am used to more of an aviation style of pushing forward is down, and pulling back is up. Small issue, and maybe i just do not have much experience with this type of product. Again, not even close to a deal breaker, but it is a slight annoyance. I did have problems getting it to connect to the network, and connect to my cameras, but once i figured out the correct IP addresses, and the correct port number we were off and now it connects every time flawlessly. And very quick. (BTW the port for this particular Sony camera is 52381)Having said all of this, the controller works great, the controls are like butter, the joystick is very responsive, and there is even a knob for PTZ speed which is nice.

Anstatt die Kamera auf die gewünschte Position zu bewegen ließ der Controller sie immer nach oben schwenken. Des weiteren war das Vorschaubild im Display selten von brauchbarer Qualität. Das Gerät geht daher zurück.

Pour le prix franchement c’est top. J’avais quelques pb de connexion entre le contrôleur et les caméras mais le SAV répond super vite et a trouvé de suite les réponses.Très heureux de cet achat.

FoMaKo NDI PTZ カメラFMK20UH NDIとの同時購入しました。最初スイッチングハブ接続でのコントロールがうまく行かなかったのですが、サポートの素晴らしい説明でうまく行きました。またトラッキングon、offをファンクションキーF1，F2に設定できたり色々とカスタムできそうです。トラッキングon、offの設定もサポートから丁寧に教えてもらいました。2台目のPTZカメラもコントローラーKC608 Proと相性が良いであろうFoMaKo製品を調達しようかと思ってます。
