It’s very awkward to wear with the chains all connecting, and isn’t going to work down below for a lot of women, depends on how your “cats” built (thin, boney, fat etc).

So the clamps are amazing and you can tighten and loosen them with ease, but I'm tall and moved ever so slightly while restrained and the bottom piece broke completely off.
