Dark and Lovely 373 SABLE BROWN Hair Color Dye Liquid Soft Sheen Carson With Moisture

I ordered a light brown hair dye and they put a black colour hair dye in the box and my hair it's black now and this colour its permanent. Why did they do that its miss leading.

Previously used to colour my hair, liked the colour and was quite impressed with the overall outcome.However, recent use, colour solution appears to be quite weak as hardly visible and this is despite sticking to the instructions and time line in which to colour hair, after it has been relaxed.I very much love the sable brown colour, and not quite sure what changes have been made to the contents.

Product was easy to follow the instructions. However, the picture on the box received was different. Also the dye was more like a very dark brown to black. Not the colour I was expecting at all. But the grey coverage was very good.

This came out darker than the picture. It was more black than brown.

Covers well, if you have thick or long hair get more than one box
