I alternate between this and liquid turmeric. I put a scoop in a glass of warm milk, and it tastes fine. I don't have any issues with it dissolving in warm milk.

My husband and I are seniors with a lot of joint stiffness. I have been using this powder in the evenings (making a “healthy turmeric latte” with heated almond milk, a rounded scoop of powder, tsp of vanilla extract and tsp of raw honey. I thought it was my imagination or that I really wanted this is work, but we feel less joint issues in the morning and throughout the day. There are nights when we have missed using this latte and after a few days of not drinking it can feel more joint discomfort and do not sleep as well. We also use turmeric in tablet form, but the pill supplements do not appear to be making any difference…we are sold on this powder supplement and have it on auto shipments. Be careful with the powder, it will stain cloth, so I use a paper towel to wipe up any residue.
