The quality is great. What I didn't realize and what isn't explained anywhere is that in order for you to be able to use the USB feature, you have to purchase an additional power pack which can range in price from $12 - $50. You have to charge the power pack, then plug it into the wire inside the backpack, then have a separate USB cable in order to plug in a phone or tablet to the external USB. And though Volher was quick to respond to my email, they never answered the question on how to get the USB feature to work. They never explained that you had to purchase a power pack, I accidentally came across that information searching various backpacks with the USB feature.
