The Olumoon memory foam pillows that I bought has been very good to my neck pain. The pillow provides great comfort and support my neck well. I am able to sleep better with minimal pain. The pillow, in my opinion has relief my neck pain. The quality seems to be great and it is easy to maintain and clean. Overall, the pillow is a great for what I needed and it has improved my quality of life. I highly recommend this type of pillow to anyone who has neck pain.

This product has significantly improved my sleep! It helps cradle my head and supports my neck while keeping me cool as well. If you are a back or side sleeper, you need this pillow!

I’m posting this detailed review + updates because anything that helps a chronic illness is worth sharing just in case someone else who is struggling might find it useful so with that being said:(TLDR: helps with mild sleep apnea and scoliosis/neck instability greatly 10/10)6 month update: the pillow is like new still, the case is so easy to clean in the wash. Your body really adjusts to the shape and it does help with neck and spine alignmentUpdate: after a month of borrowing this from my fiancé from time to time, I ended up not being able to sleep without it . BUY IT! I ordered another one so we could both have one because I’ve been using it almost every night. It has helped my neck, back, and jaw pain. I can’t sleep when I don’t use it. This is the ONLY pillow that has trained me to sleep on my back without any issues. My spine is finally in alignment when I wake up and I feel WELL rested FOR ONCE because it pushes the neck just enough to get adequate airflow but not too much to be uncomfortable. I’m absolutely in love with it and my fiancé loves it. A win for both of us with very different issues, I’d definitely say it’s worth the buy, give yourself time to get used to it, you’ll fall in love. So grateful I found this after 2 years of desperately searching for comfort and only like 30$ there was a solution?! No to the 100$ big name brands, YES TO THIS. Oh and to top it off less wrinkles when you sleep on your back, my skin looks less wrinkly and more refreshed in the mornings. Wishing you all good sleeps and good health!Original review:My fiancé and I both have sleep disorders. Mine is unspecified, it’s not sleep apnea. I have chronic cranial issues, spinal issues and jaw issues that cause me to not breathe well in my sleep, I have to sleep upright as well in a reclining bed. My fiancé has very mild sleep apnea and he does snore a lot especially if his head isn’t elevated, however he doesn’t have any neck issues so I didn’t think this pillow would work for him. For me personally the pillow was a bit too firm for my condition, it’s not the most comfortable for your jaw if you have TMJD, especially because I’m on an incline when I sleep. It’s definitely hard to keep the pillow from not slipping when you’re inclined as well. I still don’t know if I like the pillow for myself yet. It takes my body a while to adapt to new beds and pillows because of my chronic pain so I’ll update in a week or two if it worked for someone with spinal issues/TMJD etc. in my case I feel like the pillow would be comfortable if I didn’t have to sleep inclined. It didn’t cost me any discomfort, but it just didn’t also make me comfortable.So that brings me to my fiancé I only bought one pillow to try it and I wasn’t feeling it so I let fiance try it and he slept like a baby. Literally no snoring. He also woke up alot easier and less groggy. He says he sleep feels more restful than ever. He can sleep on his back or his side and either way it prevents the snoring and keeps his neck elongated so he’s getting better airflow. He also isn’t tossing and turning as much!!No more stacking standard pillows just this pillow on it’s own is a life saver for him and I didn’t think it work for him because he doesn’t have any neck problems but if I had known I would’ve bought this ages ago for him!!! It’s a miracle for him! So although I’m not sure if this works for everyone specifically with neck pain as it’s advertised (for now at least until I give it time) it REALLY WORKS for people who snore/ have very mild sleep apnea at least in our case! If I try it again and like it I’ll definitely purchase my own and I’ll be sure to update review. The price is also amazing, his 90$ pillow didn’t work nearly as well as this 30$ pillow. It’s worth a try just get it!

I was desperate to find a good pillow to support my neck and shoulders. Mornings were full of pain, tense muscles, and never feeling refreshed from a good nights sleep. This pillow changed that. For real. I can tell my airway stays open better, my neck stays supported whether I’m sleeping on my side or my back. No more neck pain. No more tight, painful shoulders in the morning. I only wish it had an additional more traditional pillowcase. Will be ordering more!

I never leave reviews but this one is needed!! This pillow is GREAT! Such soft comfortable material without a pillow case and as far as the support goes— I’ve been using it for a few days and have not woken up with any neck pain! This is a must, a need!
