This banner came with all the letters and looked so nice when hung up. You do have to assemble it together and it comes with string to put it on. It’s navy and matches well with navy decorations.

Good Product but Royal Blue
This is good quality product but royal Blue and not Navy. Purchased it to be used it with banner which we couldn't use due to the number folds it came. Most likely will return as didn't use. Other than the color, it is was a good product.
