I thought this was the coolest bracelet that I've ever purchased, looked cool, and fit good. But it broke on me within 4 days of wearing it, and the Pisces symbol kept popping off I had to keep snapping it back on

The bracelet itself is beautiful. Made of leather material. It was a birthday gift for my son who is 12, a Scorpio and who loves jewelry. Fit him perfectly. The leather has the Scorpio symbol through it and is very thin in that spot. Unfortunately within a week it broke. The thin leather tore and the pendant fell off. My son is a little rough with things so that could be why. I have not tried to return it so couldn't tell you about customer service. I set it somewhere to wait and have it fixed but now I can't seem to find it:(.
