These have been a great addition to my daily suppliments. I notice a difference in my gut health (less bloating and better disgestion). What I really was really looking for was a change in my lady moisturize (IYKYK). I have heard this helps boost lubrication and it does just that. Again, you need to take multiple times a day for true effects, but it works ladies. If you're getting close to that perimenopause or menopause age, you need to add this to your daily supplements.

Was told this is a great homeopathic item for gut issues (diverticulitis, IBS, etc.) but I've not noticed a change and have gone through almost two bottles. Price is ok. No ill effects or other issues while using this though.
