Sturdy, Great Suction, Smart Cleaning that Suffers from OCD.
I love this little vacuum so much, I bought another when it came offered as a lightning deal. It picks up dirt that I never thought existed in my house. It seems to be constructed sturdily and it has great suction. It navigates my 8 inch tile and low-pile carpet floors effortlessly. This unit is not a cheap imitation vacuum. It cleans in an efficient S-pattern, and it remembers to go back to areas it missed. It does not "map", nor recharge and resume, like some more expensive units. However, for the price, this little vacuum amazes me as it zips around my dining room chair legs, finds areas it missed, and edges along my baseboards. Now to some caveats: This vacuum suffers from OCD when it comes to edging around my reclining couches. For some inexplicable reason, it is obsessed with trying to get under or around my reclining couches. Sometimes, it spent 20-30 minutes of vacuum time, simply bumping into the cushy footrests and cushioning all around the couch. I dont care what it does generally, but that time would be better spent vacuuming elsewhere. To remedy the problem, I tried powering off the unit. No good. Moving the charging base. No good. Moving the couch. No good. Then I noticed a pattern in its cleaning over each cycle. To make a long story short, I moved the charging base far away from the problem couch, and placed it along the outside circumference of my house. (My house is best described as a 1900 sq ft complex open floor plan shaped like a doughnut, with the "hole" of the doughnut comprising of closets and kitchen cabinets.) Placing the charging base along the walls of the "hole" never worked well, and the unit mostly never found its way back to the charger to recharge. After placing the charger against the outside wall of the doughnut, the vacuum works great and finds the charger to recharge. After several times moving the charger, I have finally found a spot where its happy. It now cleans a carpeted family room, tiled kitchenette area, tiled kitchen, tiled washer-dryer room, tiled entryway and hallway, and part of a carpeted living room, before it needs to recharge - about 800-900 sq ft. The dust bin is large enough to skip emptying once or twice - otherwise, its very easy to dump and clean. So I cant stress this enough: Move the charging base around your house to get the most coverage, and to enable the unit to find its way home to charge. So, after all of my efforts, I have been rewarded with a clean house. Yay. I bought another unit which I will use to clean my carpeted master bedroom, carpeted walk-in closet, and tiled master bath. Awesome. Highly recommend.

Works well...until it doesn't.
Out of the box, I loved it. It worked great for the first 5-6 uses. It would randomly get stuck in some places, but I'd move it to an open area and it would perform. Now (just about a month later), not so much. It literally spins in circles, takes forever to come on (this is fully charged), and stops cleaning after 5 minutes. Sometimes it just stands there turned on and spinning with nothing around it. I've checked the dust bin to make sure it wasn't too full and it wasn't. Nothing was stuck like a cord or anything like that. It just literally went from being great to being an expensive useless purchase. I've emailed Tresvor and I'm awaiting a response.

Do not buy if your carpet has black in its color
CONS: No matter how low pile your carpet is, if it is black or has a black pattern in it. The robot vacuum would not go on it. I just changed my carpet now it doesn't go on. Previous carpet was dark brown. While it doesn't always go in the S format but it does over time learn the dynamics of the room and becomes effective as time goes by.I have had mine just about 6 weeks now and would have returned it since its not going over new my carpet however the return is only valid for 30 days. The time it takes to vacuum even a small room is 3 times longer than it would take you to physically vacuum a small apartment but who cares when your not doing it by yourself and it is not using power when working but the already charged battery.PROS: It keeps the floors and hard to reach places vacuumed and cleanit needs minimal supervision as long as the aren't obstacles nor wires and chargers cables in its way which can get tangled and make the vacuum stop running until sorted.Seems like it will go a long ways if properly cared for. Would have given it 5 stars but for the fact that it no longer goes in the carpet area making it almost useless for me now since I now physically have to vacuum the carpet. :-(The price is decent although personally I feel like it would be great @ $100. Thus encouraging more people to buy it.

We love it!!! Floors re spectacular!!!!
From the very beginning I did not have very high expectations, since this is a machine, not a human cleaning lady. But I must say I am very impressed. Tesvor X500 was purchased for a non-profit rescue of 52 cats (with non-caged living arrangement) and has tile and concrete floors of dark grey color. I had to sweep clumps of cat hair and mop over 2000 sq ft every day. From day one when the vacuum arrived and got charged for about 4 hours, it cleaned the main area and moved on to the kitchen area, then found hallway and 4 other rooms. It did have to go recharge somewhere in the middle and then finished cleaning. My floors now do not have a speck of littler, cat hair, dry food kibbles, or any other mess. It works exceptionally well, so far at least. Even the accessible corners are clean. All I have to do is a quick walk around to pick up cat toys or other small items from the floor, and check to make sure there are no wet hair balls on the floor (cat rescue- stuff happens). The other thing I have to do is empty the container after each cleaning or two. It frees me to do other care taking chores while the vacuum is doing the cleaning. So far there has been no issues, and no problems. When needed the vacuum goes to recharge all by itself to the docking station, and then will continue cleaning from the point it left. One time the vacuum sucked in a cat toy, it stopped and announced that the "roller brush is jammed". I pulled out the toy, and then the cleaning was resumed. Interesting observation - cats took well to the vacuum, were very curious, were following it around. The low noise that it is making and slow motion makes it appear non-threatening to my animals. Now they do not even pay attention. We do not have carpets, so I cannot say how well it would do on the carpeted floor. We have also not tried the scheduled mode because I want to make sure there is nothing on the floor that needs picked up before the vacuum starts cleaning.
