Braga Organic Farms Organic Roasted and Salted Inshell Pistachios 5 lb bag

We got used to eating the ones you see in all the grocery stores. Great taste but not organic. These don't taste as good.But hey sometimes you have to compromise. I did roast some of them and this helped some. But guess what, you will get used to the different texture. If organic doesn't matter to you buy the ones in the grocery store.

For lovers of Pistachios, the 5 lb bag is a real cost saver. They were delivered in a timely fashion and "ripe" (not hard to open). The only draw back is that I generally like my pistachios a bit more salty. These have salt, and I've gotten use to them, but that's my only draw back.

Good God these are expensive but my sister swears they're the best pistachios on the planet, so like the lemming I am I buy them for her. Quick delivery too. Word is the roasted ones are better than the raw.

First 5lb bag was perfect, fresh, delicious and not over-roasted. Second bag was entirely stale, I didn't bother returning it or contacting them FYI. If it was the 10th bag that was stale I wouldn't mind, but considering it was only the second I decided to take business elsewhere.

Some of the best pistachios I've friggin had man! These are great and everyone should try some... Even if you can only afford a pound or so try them!
