We moved away from an enclosed litter tray as one of our beloved cats developed cancer and we needed to monitor his bowel movements, but since moving to a giant, open tray, we'd never go back.The stainless steel construction is SO much more hygienic, where the plastic trays get scratched and it never really feels like you can fully clean them, you can anti-bacterial scrub this tray back to looking brand new every time to you change the litter. It's wonderful for hygiene. It's also great for bigger cats. We'd never go back to a more "normal" size as sold in pet stores, this is absolutely the way forwards.The high sides are good too, no accidents and it does slightly help reduce how much litter gets kicked over the side.

This is a vast improvement over our (cat's) previous equipment, which was plastic, split and leaked. This will not happen with a stainless steel tray; it is high-sided, so spillage is rare. Out cat is a Maine Coon (= big) and the tray is adequate for his frequent and demanding needs. No point pretending cleaning out the litter tray is other than a miserable chore, but a stainless steel tray is relatively easy to clean.

The media could not be loaded. I bought two of them as I've got 3 cats and I had enough of stinky plastic litter boxes. They are incredibly easy to clean no scrubbing! Quick clean in the bath ones a week just with sponge and dishwashing detergent. Very hygienic which is important for pets and the household. Cats had no issue with getting used to it. Slight minus is the depth I would prefer it to be bit deeper. But overall happy with the product. Expensive but let's face it will last ages!

I bought 4 of these. Seem good quality so far. I drilled holes into the bottom of 2 of the trays and then fitted a rim on the other 2 trays as they slot into one another, you need top tray to sit about 4 inches from the bottom tray so the used sawdust from the wood pellets falls through the holes. The cats do the work when they're scraping the wood pellets around and then you just empty and clean the bottom tray and top up fresh pellets if needed. Work's a treat!!!

Easy to clean, high sides.Should have measured it as my Sav's could have done with a bigger one, my fault.

When I received it, it did have a little bit of a dent, it's a good size for a little box, very easy to use, and non of the litter stick to it whatsoever ever, it doesn't get the poo or pee sent stuck in it, would recommend

I wish I knew about these litter Trayes years ago My cats have so many different ones over years we use a under bed storage tray for because they are most spacious but after a few days the smell of cat wee would be in air despite cleaning them every day & using a good litterI’ve now brought 2 of these litter trays for my cats catio there’s no smell they are so easy to clean & wash out without breaking the litter is lasting longer

I have had cats my entire life, I am also an active board member of a local non-profit cat shelter as well as a foster. I cannot say enough about these pans, the smell of litter is virtually non-existent now and it is super easy to clean. The xl is super large so may be a little difficult if you have issues lifting as the weight with litter in it becomes quite heavy. I have a large cat so for us, this is perfect! I have advocated for our shelter to purchase pans for the entire shelter. Hopefully we get our grant so we can do so. Amazing product and I would highly recommend.

I was concerned that my cat wouldn’t like it. He did, no problems with him using it. The size is perfect! It’s high enough that the litter doesn’t fly out when he’s done and big enough for his long body. It’s so easy to clean, too. I thought that perhaps it would get scratched on the bottom but that hasn’t happened. I don’t know why I waited so long to get this! The price was cheaper than me buying two plastic litter boxes, too!
