I’m a 65 year old female. In the last year or so I’ve noticed that my hair looks a bit thinner and just not as healthy as it used to . Sigh….Like many mature women I do have my hair colored, I do try to keep it conditioned , I do try to not wash my hair daily ( I still do every other day or it just doesn’t feel clean ) I’ve tried other supplement for hair growth .I’m pretty impressed with these hair vitamins . They contain a good variety of vitamins . A, B, D’s , zinc, and even C. The description of these NutraPro supplements explains the purpose of each of the different vitamins role in hair growth and strength . They are non GMO !The dosage is 2 chews each day for at least two months. I’m happy that this comes as a set of two and will last the full two months. Hopefully I see some results after that amount of time !The gummies themselves have a really good cherry flavor . They are small in size and soft , so easy to chew.It would be wise to be sure to keep these out of the reach of children as they really are quite tasty .I am really pleased with these hair vitamins. They came well packaged for safety , the ingredients are very good , they are very easy to take .I am hopeful for good results .Would recommend

The description for this product makes a lot of very bold claims, some of which are just not supported by any known science, some of which are honestly a bit silly.Example, "prevents hair loss by stimulating hair regrowth" is like saying "prevents dropping your ice cream on the sidewalk by buying you a new ice cream". They're two different things.And there is no science supporting the claim that any supplement will make hair grow "faster" because sadly that is entirely a matter of genetic predisposition.By now you may be thinking "wow, she really doesn't like this product" and that's actually not true. I do like this product. I just want to paint a realistic picture of what it will and won't likely do, and what it will likely do more than anything else is help you keep the hair you're already growing firmly attached to your head, and nourish that hair in the process.The top 10 deficiencies most associated with hair loss are vitamins A, B6, C, D, and E, folic acid, biotin, iron, zinc, and Omega-3 fatty acids. This supplement contains 8 of those, and folic acid has been shown to improve iron utilization, so we'll say this sort of contains 8+ of those 10 things. So chances are pretty good that, if your hair loss and/or fragility has a nutritional cause, this will help address it.For my personal experience, I've been taking these for a couple of weeks now and I have noticed a difference in the amount of shedding I do throughout the day. My hair just isn't falling out as much as it used to, and I'm happy with that. I have been using these for almost two months. I haven't seen a noticeable difference in the amount of hair loss or breakage and have not seen an increase in baby hairs coming in. Full disclosure I am not a gummy fan however, I was able to swallow these easily enough and the flavor wasn't bad. (Why get a gummy when I don't like gummies? Well I cannot take vitamins without getting nauseous when they are in capsule/pill form.) I tried to be as unbiased as possible with flavor and texture so I had my husband try one and he agreed with my opinions on both. I will finish out what I received but will probably not reorder as I haven't noticed any hair changes at all. Value for the money is good for what you receive but not good in terms of results.
