Too hard and tall for my preference.
Not sure who this would be good for. Side sleepers MAYBE... not back sleepers.Really puts a crook in my necks and shoulders. Very firm.

Excellent Pillow
I was a bit skeptical about buying another pillow with yet another new design, most have been very disappointing at best. This pillow as comfortable right from the first night. Normally it takes me awhile to adjust to a new pillow but this one was great. It feels just as described, the concave section in the middle is perfect to support your neck area and give you a good rest.

Perfect soft, low-medium loft pillow with great neck/head support
It's a nice, comfortable pillow. The quality is good for the price. This is a medium-low loft pillow, which is perfect for me, however if you are looking for a high loft, this is not it. I personally loved the soft memory foam. It is in fact really soft, while still offering support to the neck and head. Again, if looking for a firm memory foam pillow, this is not it. As described, the center area is even softer to accommodates the head and it is slightly firmer on the sides/all around, offering great neck support - I was looking forward to this feature and it delivered. The material seems to be good quality, not premium but good quality. It was nicely packaged. As soon as unpacked, it took form in a couple of minutes. No strong smells. Comes with a washable cover. The zipper could be better, but it's acceptable. In general, reasonable quality for the price.

I have nack pain all the time. This pillow just great. Only one wish hope this come wich good thick and soft pillow cover. It is why 4 🌟
