Don't buy em
The tops fell out while I was at work and oh my God that was horrible . Tips don't stay in very well. Felt like I kept having to tighten the tops down like a lot

It is impossible to put these in your nose. The diamond is so small you cannot hold it with your fingers to screw it in.
