Fill the cup with 400ml of lukewarm water and one packet of Cleansing Salt (4.5g). Stir well and now we have 500ml 0.9% sodium chloride solution. Gently insert the nozzle into one nostril. Squeeze so the solution can flush in and run out of the other nostril. Repeat the procedure for the other nostril. 3) When nasal congestion is severe, do not squeeze too hard. If you feel the pressure of the nasal cavity or the pressure of inner ear too high, please squeeze gently. Please don't blow your nose in 5 minutes after nasal irrigation. 4) Wash the nozzle and irrigation device after used.
