Doesn't last long
It was a gamble I was willing to take based on the reviews, and unfortunately the reviews were right. This camera worked decently well considering its price but in less than a month (April 22-May 13) it stopped working. It seems to be a screen issue? I was able to turn it on/off, retrieve the photos from the memory card, but when the camera was turned on, it was just a pixelated screen.

Great customer service! Item was defective.
My daughter opened the camera yesterday and today it won’t turn on. Thankfully, I was emailed by the company. She fixed the problem and gave me a full refund! The item was simply a fluke/ defective. & it happens. I’m grateful for the refund & the amazing customer service from both Amazon and the company who makes the product!

I love the way this camera looks! The color is great. However, I’m dissatisfied because I’m missing lots of things, such as the little camera bag, and even the charger… I only received one battery as well. There are no instructions in the box as well so I had to play around with the buttons to figure it out. The camera itself is good, it’s not a professional one whatsoever but it’s good if you want your pictures to have that nostalgic feel to them. I’ll be exchanging this camera though and hopefully i’ll receive one that has all the accessories.Update:Ive ordered the replacement, and everything came as it should! I received 2 batteries, a pouch, a camera string, the charger and the instructions. I’ve had the replacement camera for about 2 weeks now, and it still works great. I’ve been able to charge it as well! Only thing i’d say is that the audio is not really the best, but I’m sure that most people purchasing this camera are using it for photos. Besides that, the company was quick with sending a replacement, I got mine within the next day. Thank you again, I’ve updated my rating :)
