Perfect fit and gives good protection
The cutouts all line up perfectly. The case is a snug fit so the reader doesn't fall out. I especially like the front cover design with the rounded corners which give a better shape and appearance. It covers the screen perfectly even when in my pocket. The inside of the front cover is soft so doesn't scratch or damage the screen. It feels nice and has a grip design so doesn't easily slip out of my hand.Black seems to be the only colour available but I like black as it doesn't show marks as easily as white or lighter coloursI'm definitely very pleased with this

OK material + fit, terrible design. Awkward cover flap and no hands-free standing with this case.
It's fine when closed, no issues with the fit of the device, and it would protect it well enough from most impact. But the cover is really poorly designed. when it's open, it doesn't fit neatly behind the device like EVERY other flip-cover case I've ever owned for any device, or even every of flip case I've seen full stop.Yet worse, another issue related to the poor design of the cover, is that there's no way to stand the device independently. Also, no sleep/wake function from close/open of the cover, but that's fairly reflected with the price. What I think is less reflected is in the price:Of my biggest complaint, one could say that I should have better read the description, because it's not something that the case claims to do. But, it's still a flip case. And Every other flip case I've owned, large and small (phones, kindles, tablets etc.), has been able to prop up it's device and hold itself upright on any reasonably flat surface. They can be left standing and watched/read without hands. That's always been an advantage of the flip case - personally, it's the only reason I get them. Well, this case doesn't. No free-standing device here. There are magnets for when it's closed, which is about the only time the case looks ok-quality. No complaints about the material or appearance (except when the cover is flapping around while I try to find a comfortable way to hold it). But as soon as you open it, the illusion is shattered. It just makes the device so awkward to handle. When the cover is flipped is around the back (or the device is "open"), the inner flap juts further out, making it harder to pick up easily.Anyway, in summary - if you really like flip cases and always hold it with two hands, then you'll probably be fine with this case. Otherwise, none of the benefits of other flip cases are here. I suppose that's reflected in the price, but most of what makes it uncomfortable is nothing to do with material. It's just poor design. A case of identical cost material could have been made that, with an-ok design, could be so much more pleasant to use.It honestly feels like conscious effort must have gone into the design of this case just to make it intentionally awkward and uncomfortable. I just don't see how else it would be possible. I flip case design is so commonplace that a broad imitation of any common flip case would have made this one great value. But the conscious differences in this design serve on to make it a much worse case.3 stars because it's that much cheaper than the alternative (notably better) cases for the boox palma, and the description doesn't make any false claims. So, in this case, you absolutely get what you pay for.

Eh, poorly thought out
Honestly wanted to like this but the lack of thought in the design is evident. When the case is open, the front doesn't fold neatly behind the device, or magnetise open, instead it just dangles there... annoyingly. Even when holding behind the phone, it's too hide and cuts into the hand a bit, making it a pain to hold. Seriously needs major revision on the design.
