Great piece of kit
Bought this product, as I suffer with anxiety and with UK weather being unpredictable, to up my movement in the day. Really easy to use just unbox and plug in. I am at the upper end of the recommended weight and it still feels sturdy. The speeds are great and allow for different levels of difficulty. I use it upstairs and the noise is low and I don’t bother any one in the house. Smart and compact design, perfect for small spaces.Only negative is that the remote didn’t come with a battery but luckily we had some in the house

Doesn’t work
The remote didn’t come with a battery so I ordered one and installed and the remote doesn’t work. The walking pad lights up but doesn’t function at all. What an absolute joke, I can see that others have had the same experience. I’m so disappointed ☹️ have managed to contact seller who think it might be a loose wire but I would not recommend buying. The seller has now suggested I open the front cover with a screwdriver and make sure the wires are where they should be. I have no idea where the wires should be and don’t fancy getting electrocuted if I manage to access the wires and adjust them incorrectly. This is going back, a big fat waste of time!

Seems great but instructions are difficult to read.
I’ve only had it for a few days but it works extremely well,the remote didn’t come with batteries(CR2032) but luckily I had some in my house.its loud but not extremely loud,no one in my house can hear it unless they go near my bedroom.the instructions are quite difficult to understand.the way it’s written it seems like English isn’t the manufactures first language and putting the lubricant on it was easy but again the instructions made it difficult to understand.just watch a quick 20 second YouTube video on how to use the lubricant.

Great for Small Spaces!

Sent 2 back- very poor quality and missing parts
Awful quality- this is the second one I sent back.Delivery was quick and well packaged however both bands were marked on this- clearly a label removed from the plug on both items - missing battery on both remotes- the first treadmill was also a return- should of read the other reviews- please don’t buy spent the extra £50 and get a quality one.Big shame Amazon sell inferior quality items such as this.

Excellent
The wife uses this for her pulmonary recovery prog. Does what it says on the tin big time. Very quiet in use and easy to store when not in use. Very robust. Remote control works well and read - out on the unit is adequate from a standing position.I write this as a previous user of a number of very expensive running treadmills which were well outside our capabilities as we grew older.An ideal little gadget that does not take over your life or your space.Convenient and unobtrusive so gets used often.

Not working at all
It’s not working at all no matter what I do I’m following steps and yet nothing is happening it’s disgraceful I would like either a new one or a refund asap
