Size, coverage, quality much better that others I’ve purchased. Color (brown) definitely keeps it cooler that lighter colors. Performance is stronger that expected. Water resistance is what you would expect with a tarp that isn’t of solid material. Overall, very satisfied

Installation was conceptually simple. Securing it to my brick walls was time consuming & tiring, however. If you don’t have brick walls it’s much easier.IT’S ALL WORRH IT THOUGH!It looks great & blocks noon day Texas summer sun - mitigating 100+ degree temps.It stands up well to stiff 25-30 mph winds. I have yet to see it deal with hail though.It even allows rain to come through for the plants we keep under it.It’s well worth the price & installation.

I bought a few of these to shadey pool here in Texas. They true block alot of the suns rays and reflect heat too. The sails themselves do not radiate heat either . It's preventing a lot of evaporation from my pool as well. I recommend getting one if your looking to cut back on the sun while outside.

This shade sail shipped quick, well made. So nice to have shade on our deck, we love it.
