Botanic Choice Yucca Root, 500mg 100 Tablets (Pack of 5)

I heven't been taking it that long, but the pills are a reasonable size for swallowing. Need to take it a little longer to know how effective it is.

If you were looking for a product that was just only Yucca Root in a capsule, this isn't for you. No claims were made about the contents beyond the front label, so I assumed something that was not true. I'm taking this to help with some arthritic symptoms. I had not taken yucca root in a long time, so I wasn't sure if it would help with some joint swelling I was experiencing. But after a couple of weeks of taking 2-4 tablets every day, I was suddenly able to get a ring on one of my fingers that had not fit for almost a year! I was pleasantly surprised. I currently take 2 tabs a day, and it seems to be helping.

Very difficult to swallow.

It arrived fast. I was a bit worried that I was reading the description wrong and the "pack of 5" wasn't supposed to be there or something. However, I received 5 bottles each with 100 tablets. It is an amazing price for the amount compared to the other ones I looked at. I have a lot of joint pain but it seemed to help ease it pretty quick. I thought it might take a month or so to actually work, but it started working pretty quick.

I have osteoarthritis pain in my hips and knees. I haven't noticed any difference taking the Botanic Choice Yucca Root per the instructions on the container.
