Finally a slider that just works!
Everyone has been talking about this slider and how, for the first time a slider is easy enough to use that it can be deployed, efficiently, and effectively in a production environment. Unfortunately the unit I received was DOA but support immediately assessed this accurately and sent a replacement. The new unit works very well; a couple tiny quirks (can’t run the gimbal on the provided usb-c power without a battery attached to provide sufficient clean power).. but all-in-all, an exceptional piece of hardware with top level support.

Absolute beast and Easy to use
After putting this slider through the ringer i can say it gets 5 stars, easy. The slider is heavy and very well built. Seriously well constructed. Metal and carbon fiber throughout. It can handle large cameras and gimbals with ease. The motors are not completely silent but are very quiet and do not give off any noticeable high pitch hum. You need quite the serious tripod if you plan on going that route. The ability to use NPF batteries is awesome and allows me to take this into the woods or in small locations where power is non-existent. NPF 950 batteries work great. Smaller ones might not have enough output current. I have not even needed to use the wall adapter so far.The onboard function without the app is slightly limited but it can still be capable. It can do basic timelapse and other modes. The app really opens up all the goodies. Luckily, using the app was a breeze. After install, it connected to the slider within 5 seconds and i was up and controlling the slider remotely almost immediately. Literally ZERO fuss (iOS).My only gripe is that the screen is reflective and isn't great outdoors.(see photo).Otherwise this thing is pretty much flawless!

Sliders are great if you have some extras
The slider works well, and I have no complaints about it. It’s easy to set up, and the best part is that it can run off NPF batteries, which makes it a hassle-free setup for me. The build quality is solid, with some heft to it. In my opinion, sliders don’t truly stand out unless you pair them with additional gear. I enjoy a dynamic shot, and this slider accommodates that nicely. When you add a gimbal with tracking and a 360-degree platform to your subject, it creates some impressive 360 footage. You can showcase something effectively with this setup without needing much space. The options with this slider make it straightforward to achieve this. Yes, the slider is a bit pricey, but when it comes to getting the shot you want instead of settling, you don’t want second-rate equipment. If you’re in the market for sliders, consider this one.
