Great product. I was recommended this by my yoga teacher to help with my knee problem. since then I have used this for yoga practice regularly to relieve pressure from my sore knee. It has allowed me to keep up my practice and has provided great support to my knee. The only slightly negative thing i can say is that it has a strange smell but has not stopped me from using it. Would definately recommend.well worth the money for the job it has done.

Delivered on time I have used this for a week when doing pilates I have doggy knees which can be they painful when doing kneeling positions I found this item helped to reduce the pain in my knee it is easy and very comfortable to use. I would recommend this for anyone like me with doggy knees.

This might sound silly but I mistakenly thought there was two included and now see that two cost £17.99. It is very large in size but its better for quickly putting under my knee than the current one I use in class. Smaller ones are fiddly and you lose the flow of the movement. Hopefully this will be better.

ridiculous to spend a tenner on a bit of rubber foam ...but like I say it is cute and does what it is intended for, also good for cushioning headstands for those with knobbly, bumpy heads ...like mine.
