The weather
Normally a great product and the plants make great progress. However this year July has been very wet. So my plants are not getting the same chance with all the wind and rain. But going by my pictures from last year, l found this product 5 star.

This product works
Bought these hanging baskets in the reduced section at the nursery for £5 each. They were dead and nobody wanted them, popped two osmocote in each and added water. The results speak for them selves.

Easy to use
I have bought these before and they are great for putting in the compost and then not worrying about feeding for a little while. However I am not sure if they give as good a result as applying a seaweed or other liquid feeder more regularly - I haven't done a scientifically controlled test - yet!

The cone shaped plugs that you can force into some depth are useful in applying slow release fertilizer closer to the roots in case you did not have the opportunity to apply the granules while preparing the substrate.
