Perfect!
This was my first year gardening (quarantine hobby!) and I started all of my seeds indoors. Everyone grew really well and I was able to just move these decompostable (is that a word?) containers (after splitting them up) directly into their larger containers. I would and definitely plan on making this purchase again!

THEY LOOK GOOD!
Recieved my order promptly and in good condition. Yesterday, I started seeds in them. I'll update this review with durability, sturdiness, and value for my money once I see how they hold up until planting. I'm expecting a good report!

Works as intended.
I like them. When I watered my seeds the crate got soft and broke. I don’t like that. But I guess it’s to be expected since it’s compostable. But my seeds are doing good. I think the product is working as intended. The breaking super easily is why I give a 4. Maybe it could be slightly stronger or thicker. But I would buy again.

Perfect for my needs
These peat pots are perfect for my needs. I only use them to plant seeds from fruits I buy yo grow as a hobby. These will work perfectly to get them started, then cut them apart and plant directly in a pot when the seedlings are better established. They are sturdy, hold up to watering very well. Glad I purchased them.

Contaminated my seedlings. Seller was VERY helpful!!
This looked great and were easy to use, but something was VERY wrong after the first week. All of my seedlings and transplants became shocky and had signs of toxic nutrients. I hadn't used any nutrients. Whatever my batch was pressed out of had a sewage stink to it after a few days. The seller was fast to refund this purchase and even offered a restock for free. So that's worth 3 stars, and from reading other reviews it seems we may have just gotten the rare problem.

Worked well
We used these for a himeschool project with Marigolds and sweet peppers. We kept them in a plastic bag and misted them until they sprouted. The instructions say you can plant the whole pod once it sprouts. I sprayed it with water and pulled away the top.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
I was looking for jiffy-type pods, and stumbled upon these, and decided to try them instead. BIG MISTAKE. Cells are smaller than expected, so they hold only a tiny amount of seed starting soil. They're an odd size, so you can't fill up a standard tray. DON'T move them around, because they start degrading the minute you water them. When it came time to transplant into larger pots, it was a major disaster because they just disintegrated in my hands when I tried to separate them. When they say biodegradable, they definitely mean it. Suggest sticking to jiffy-type pods, if you want biodegradable pods that hold up long enough for transplanting. Did I mention TERRIBLE?
