I'll preface this with saying, I normally can not tolerate artificial sweeteners at all. I can't stand them. From the nasty after taste to the havoc it creates in my gut(that everyone assures me absolutely cannot be from the aspartame or other artificial sweeteners) every time I try to consume them.This stuff honestly tastes pretty great, especially for a zero cal, zero sugar drink mix. The fruity flavor is nice and not overly artificial tasting. The sweetness is nice but not over powering and the Stevia used in this doesn't seem to leave that after-taste I usually get from zero sugar/calorie drinks. None of the stomach cramping or frequent bathroom trips so far either. I prefer to mix mine with more water. Closer to 14-16 Oz per packet.The powder does take a bit to mix in. But the flavor is good. I'm hopeful that it will help me increase my water intake. It's well worth it for a hydrating and tasty and healthy alternative to water, tea and coffee. The packaging, seems to be high quality & organic. And the price is easy better than the liquid iv brand, and it tastes better IMO.

Esto me tiene revivida en verano. Lo empecé a usar porque trabajando afuera con este calor me estaba deshidratando horrible. Nada me caía bien hasta que probé estos sobrecitos. El sabor está top, bien natural, nada de ese gusto artificial raro que dejan otros.Se disuelve en dos segundos, sin batir ni nada, y en menos de 10 minutos ya siento que tengo más energía. Lo tengo en la lonchera, en el carro, en el bolso... ¡en todos lados! No me da sueño ni bajones, y encima no tiene azúcar. Mi esposo también se enganchó porque le quita el cansancio después del trabajo pesado. En serio, es como un empujón en polvo.

These electrolytes are great! It was nice to try so many flavors. I probably wont order the variety pack again as I am not a fan of grape flavor in general - but they mix well and I definitely feel better and more hydrated since I have been having one daily. The lemonade and orange flavors are my favorites. I would definitely buy again as I found them about the same price as the ones that Costco is selling. They are a good value for money.
