Black Garlic Puree (7 oz) North American

I like the taste of this garlic on crackers and that this is a spreadable garlic and I can use as much or as little as I want to.

I add it to my low sodium v8, chicken, and other things. It's a really great product. It was my first time trying black garlic. I plan to continue using it.

I LOVE this product. It is delicious. I also think it is way too expensive.

I use this for a tonic recipe that I make and take very morning. I learned that black fermented garlic is much higher in the beneficial properties of garlic. The fermentation process also sweetens the garlic taking away the strong potent aspect of garlic that many object to. When I used to make my tonic, my house would smell like garlic for days. That no longer happens. I will keep using this for my tonic.

Love the black garlic puree. Use it on my turkey sandwich for lunch.

This stuff is awesome. A little pricey, but totally worth it.

Having the jar of Black Garlic Paste on hand is really a blessing for any recipe. It's such a pain to FIND whole cloves and then squeeze it out and mash. The flavor is just amazing in Black Garlic Chocolate Ganache!

Product came quicker than I expected. Product matches all label claims. I’m new to the black garlic buzz. It taste sweet actually. It would be great if this company had suggestions on how to use and or recipes. I’m satisfied with my purchase.
