The Way Pistachios Should Be
Although expensive, the nuts arrived fresh and untainted. They were free of any abnormalities that may have made me decide to send them back, and they were not stale. I would deliberate over buying them again, since it's possible to purchase Wonderful pistachios for well under this price, but that doesn't change the fact that the product was a quality one.

These are our favorite raw pistachios of all that we've tried. They taste fresh, and the shells are easy to pull apart. We love that it comes in the 5 lb bag too. Although that still doesn't last long in our house!

They taste good. But further questioning of the farm and I found out they are in fact NOT raw (they are heat pasteurized). Bummer. Nice try though.

Great nuts!
These are very fresh! The shells were not over dried which signifies freshness.The nuts had a great taste and a delicate flavor.Very tasty!I'll order again!

Freshness
First 5lb bag was perfect, fresh and delicious. Second bag was entirely stale, I didn't bother returning it or contacting them FYI. If it was the 10th bag that was stale I wouldn't mind, but considering it was only the second I decided to take business elsewhere.
