I love this grass, it grows fast and is very pretty. When I first received it the grass was yellow and brown so I trimmed the dead parts off and cleaned them really well and almost as soon as I put them in the tank they turned green and they've sprouted super fast. Also, I got them way before I expected so that's awesome.

These were so-so in my opinion. It's a good deal for what it is though. I bought three hearty bundles of Val root for a one 15 gallon community fish tank (which excellently filled the background); trimmed down the brown bits after unpackaging them, and easily planted them into my fluval stratum.I'm not sure if it was user-error, but these just suddenly started dying off one after the other. I have a timed day-night light system with a co2 chamber, but just didn't seem like it was working for these plants.I would purchase these again if I were just showing my tank to my friends for a day, but I don't think purchasing these are a good investment in the long run.

All my plants came frozen, the Jungle Val had no roots and was rolled up into a foam ring and it was completely frozen together. It was all mushy and rotting at the roots, i put it in the tank hoping it would come back but in 24hrs it was all a floating rotting mess. The small grass was also one big ball of frozen ice, super tiny plants that weren't even a quarter of an inch of plant per plant, took forever to try and plant baby plants. You won't see my money again.

... The most expensive food I've bought for our hungry Goldfish. Arrived in great condition, planted in the tank and the next day it was trimmed half way through 😒. Waiting for him to finish his greens cravings to take it out.

I liked that it came quickly and the package was nice.I didn`t like that it wasn`t Spiralis it was just Jungle Val. and i got 4 plants which were all alive.Most of the leaves were cropped and roots were trimmed to the stem.IDK if they will survive.Only time will tell.

Plants came in yesterday in an insulated padded envelope in a box. They look good considering they just went across the country. I ordered 4 and it fit across the back of my 55 Gal well. My only complaint is that there were hardly any roots in the root ball. The rootballs themselves are very healthy looking but the lack of roots made them VERY hard to plant in the substrate. These don’t like to have their root ball completely covered but in some cases I didn’t have a choice. Hopefully this does not cause rot and they can take root quickly!
