Very good for price, good upgrade to starter drills
I've had those small starter drills that you just plug into the wall and they work fine for a lot of things. However, I also grew up with my dad and his workshop full of professional grade tools and got a bit used to having access to them. A drill is extremely important for so many house projects and this one successfully built my own and my friends apartments (furniture, wall hanging, some custom built stuff). It's pretty easy to charge with the charging dock and two battery packs. I haven't needed to use the impact drill to be fair, but the normal drill has done everything I needed and then some. Thanks for the recommendation to my mechanic dad <3

great for home use
I wanted a sturdy drill that was lighter for my arthritic hands. All the contractors that were working on my house highly recommended this model as being powerful, but light weight. I keep it in the kitchen and use a special paddle to mix up my natural peanut butter. I haven't used the impact driver yet and would have been happy with just the drill, but couldn't find it as a separate item.
