Breville VKT090 Flow Electric Kettle, 1.7 L, 3 KW Fast Boil, Black

This is a lot quieter than the previous kettle I had that sounded like foghorns going off. Its light, sturdy and fairly quiet. Still new so haven't done a clean yet. The only thing I felt a bit disappointed with it it isn't metal and have that sturdiness but I like the brand and the substantially reduced noise which tick boxes for me. I also like the design and texture, great way to introduce texture and design jn the kitchen without going over the top.

This is a straightforward simple kettle, has a nice design and look to it, very light to handle. The lids comes off completely so allows you to clean the kettle property. So far so good.

A lovely kettle to have on my work top - it looks and feels very sturdy. The chrome sets it off to a tee. My only moan is that the filling guide is at the rear of the kettle under the handle so it make it difficult to see how much water you are filling if you are filling through the spout. I'm sure I'll get used to it!! It pours beautifully and I can fill it through the spout. It boils quickly and is quiet.

I have spent twice as much on Kettle before but this Breville Kettle is a very efficient and built quality as well as design is far better than overly priced kettles.I bought it on sale for £22 and I am absolutely astonished with the built quality and how efficient it is. It has LED light so you can see through window when water is boiling and it is easy to check if you need water before you switch it on without opening the lid.Ideal for my home. 5 stars for great value Kettle from a well known Breville brand.

Fits in well with my decor, and sits smartly on the counter. As others have said the lid is a bit fiddly as you need to line it up, but after a few uses it becomes second nature.

I bought this from the warehouse like new. It was infact brand new, never even been opened. Great kettle with a fast boil. The lid is really easy to get off and replace which was the main purpose for buying it, (arthritic hands). I really like the light on it too, which I didn't know about. Really impressed.

Good quality

This is my second purchase of this type of kettle. Boils quickly. Nice design. Easy to handle. New design has a different type of lid which has to be placed in the correct direction to close. However I would buy this again
