It definitely helps ..
I had been suffering from extremely dry eyes for about 2 years. My contacts would get so dry they would crack while on my eyes. I was supposed to wear the contacts for two weeks, but my eyes would be so dry. I could only get about a week and a half of wear. So far this product has brought me some relief! I’ve actually gotten two weeks of wear out of my contacts for the first time in quite a while …

Grape Seed Extract ingredient is sus
I couldn't figure out what was making me nauseous and I had headaches after taking these. I tried them after a snack, a small meal, a full meal, first thing in the am, later in the day, on an empty stomach, taking them with other vitamins, taking them alone.... nothing worked. My best guess that I can come up with is the grape seed extract is the prime suspect. A Google search indicates that grape seed extract can cause headaches and nausea - among other things. It's unfortunate because I feel as if they do work. I have glaucoma and the Latanoprost ( I take it once a day at night) burns and dries my eyes out. When I take these I feel like my eyes are better lubricated and do not feel dry. The jury is still out to see if my ocular pressure is reduced. I'll continue to take them as I have a recheck in a few months and will report back. I hope they work because surgery or adding more drops is next to get my ocular pressure down.*2/28/2023 UPDATE*So I had my recheck today and my pressures came down from 23 & 24 to 16 & 17! No change in drops or surgery at this time with a recheck in August. Whether it's a placebo effect or not, I'll continue to take these. I'll report back in Aug 2023.Aug 23 UpdateMy pressures remain steady at 15 & 16 respectively. But I stopped taking them after my recheck. I was still getting headaches and nausea. My next recheck is in March '24. I'm currently trying to find a good eye supplement that has everything this one has minus the grape seed extract.
