It is difificult to open the lid

To keep a clean healthy gut

it says a capful is 17 grams but there is a cardboard liner that goes up and down so depending on where that is i get 13-20 so use a scale to measure it or get the single serve packets.I have used this two days (in the evening) and I will say it does not speed anything up, it just makes it blast out of you in watery chunks (the morning after the second dose) with a bunch of bloating and gas to go with it. Maybe I'm just sensitive to this stuff but I was looking for something to make it more comfortable and to move through a little faster and this really did not meet my needs and the bloating and gas really did not make me more comfortable. The day after I took my first evening dose I could feel like I was bloated all day like I'd eaten a giant meal. It finally subsided at dinner and then of course I was ravenous.sort of afraid to try it a 3rd night.To update you I decided to discontinue after second use. It took about five days to totally get out of my system. Again, this might just be me, but if you get bloating and gas, when you take it, you might be like me and be sensitive to the active ingredient.
