This is my second purchase of this curler! My first one lasted 3 years with every day use and for the price, I wouldn't mind getting a new one every so often anyway!I originally purchased this because I felt like my expensive one just wasn't fitting my eye right. This one is more curved to the shape of your eye than most, which is the first reason I loved it. That results in none of the pinching that can sometimes happen with others.Curls great! I think the pink rubber part for the curl is more pliable so you don't have to squeeze as hard and it curls better. Comes with a few rubber refills, and I think I only refilled once.Eventually the spring did snap but after 3 years of every day use, for the price, I still came back for another.Great shipping, great small biz.

Since I have gotten this eyelash curler I have tried it several times and it doesn't keep my eyelash curled before I put my mascara on. My previous curler is a new York color, NYC, and works great with my eyelashes so I think I'm just going to get some new pads for this one and only use the precision Curler in emergencies if I have to I don't think I would recommend this.

I was skeptical about this eyelash curler. I was a avid user of my revlon eyelash curler, but somehow it got lost :( -- I bought a few different ones to try and this was by far my favorite one. It's really comfortable. It's super springy, which I wouldn't have thought would have helped, but it really curls your eyelashes really well! Highly recommend!

This thing is being sent back immediately! I liked the way it looked, and it has great reviews, so I decided it was time to upgrade. Having used many different eyelash curlers over the years, I have NEVER encountered the nightmare this curler created for me. Do not buy this! First time to try it, and it cut a chunk right out of the middle of my eyelashes on both eyes. In fact, all of my lashes feel crispy and damaged now. My lashes are usually long and soft. I am horrified, and now have an emergency appointment for eye lash extensions!!! Most regretted purchase ever!!!!!!!!

30 years old and have NEVER used one of these. I got one to try and love it. I use it before my mascara even though my lashes are already curled. I love the look of my lashes with a little extra curl now that I've used it. I am extremely gentle but I can see where it could bother some people's eyes. The packaging was nice and I got a nice email from the company. I'm completely satisfied and would reorder again or buy as a gift for someone.

I wasn't sure if this would be much different than the others I've used but this is the best one I've ever used. This curls my lashes and doesn't pinch my eyelids like the others have and I was starting to think that I was a gluten for punishment until I used this one that does what I wanted, it curls my lashes without punching my eyelid. Bonus that it looks good so if I leave it sitting out I don't mind.

I am surprised by the reviews!! I purchased this eyelash curler last year and love it!!!! I use it almost every day. It is much easier to handle than other curlers, since the thumb/finger grips are larger than the cheap metal ones. It still in perfect condition -- has NOT cracked, broken or fallen apart like some other plastic curlers I had. I am purchasing another one to keep in my travel bag.

So long story short I purchased it and it never came so they sentook me a replacement for it, Just for it NOT to work! And the customer service was horrible too super flaky and so mean I just don't get it...
