This was a birthday gift for my sister who recently moved to a nursing home. She was thrilled to see the collage of family pictures and enjoys putting new quotes in the text area. There is an ample supply of letters and punctuation marks. She says that finding the letters and sticking them in the slot is fun and good for her brain. The first quote she posted? "My family tree holds a huge amount of nuts."The frame is light and durable. It is easy to change the pictures. We used a little tape to hold each picture in place.

Love the color and the quality. The only downside is taking apart the letters and numbers. I wish they would come already on their own.

I love this picture frame, I had the best idea to put my sons birth facts in the center and pictures of him as a newborn all around it. I love that it came with the hangers already on the back and the pictures were soooo easy to insert. This is easily the cutest thing on my wall right now!

I like the letter board included. It comes with plenty of letters which is great!

A cute frame but the bottom large photo is definitely not 7x5 its more like 8x6 and I can't find a photo to fit it. Trying to put it with a border around and get it to sit straight is hard.

Contrary to the negative reviews I found this item to be a great choice especially for the price. Granted it is made of plastic , but sturdy enough.

I added a personal message as it was bought as a gift, it’s cute but for the price I didn’t expect the letterboard to be so flimsy. Be careful when putting in the letters as slight pressure will disfigure the board.

Was exactly as advertised

Exactly what you would expect, a nice looking frame and letter board - a little on the cheap side but still perfectly functional. Good for the price point. The back panel is held on by a bunch of little clips (like 15) and as someone else mentioned on here, when you put your photos in you might want to tape them in place because they don't "seat" perfectly.But the finish on the frame is much nicer than expected and the letter board works perfectly, plenty of letters in what you receive.The first one I got was damaged - broken glass and even the letter board had a big dent in it. Shipping box was fine so the dent obviously happened before shipping, glass could be any time. But the seller was great to deal with, immediately sent a free replacement, and a return label. The 2nd one came within days, was packed better and undamaged, and I returned the first one and just got confirmation that the return is complete.All in all would definitely recommend.

One of the product’s glass coverings for the photos came broken. It was completely cracked despite the bubble wrapping it came in. Pretty disappointed about that. The quality is decent but I wouldn’t value it to how much it’s being sold at. However, it’s a very creative design

I bought this to honour a cat that had passed away. I loved the different variants of sizes that I could put photos into. Also, the middle part comes with a lot of letters which gives you the choice to spell many things. The letters are only held on by a small piece of plastic sticking in the grooves, but so far no issues. It is not a solid black finish, but a nice antique looking finish.
