Pump is well made and really puts out. Price was very reasonable compared to other. You will not be disappointed.

I purchased the 24V-260W pump. It was for a hydroponics NFT rail. A previous pump I had attempted claimed 10ft head height, but was unable to achieve my required 5 ft... This one had plenty of power, and I actually had to dial the inline valve back quite a bit to get the flow rate correct. When it was working, it worked great with plenty of power. It was a little bit loud, but since I don't live in that space, whatever.A few days ago (about 18 days after putting pump in service) the pump started making a high pitched squeal occasionally, though it still was pushing water normally.Today the pump stopped pushing water. It has been 21 days since I put it into the reservoir. I opened it up to see if there was maybe a failed bearing causing excess drag that I could replace and get it up and running again. I did discover that all the bolts/nuts used to hold this together are rusty, as is the outlet supplied with the pump. Also, when I opened up the pump it dumped water all over the floor! Somehow, the gasket that seals the motor compartment must have failed, allowing water into the electrical components. There was greasy, nasty water all over the tile floor, when there shouldn't have been any water in that compartment.Overall assessment - you get what you pay for. I'll chalk this one up to $48 down the drain. Recommend this as a short term/intermittent or single use product only. The compartment is not watertight, and will not survive extended submersion.

I needed a cheap solution to empty my sump pit in an off grid home run on 24 V batteries. I bought the float switch with it, and it’s pretty much hands off. I only had the float switch stick once but it was probably because of my set up. Compared to several hundred dollars for an inefficient AC pump, this is a great solution. However, it has only been running for four months. I can’t testify to its durability.

I used it as a garden pond pump. It never moved anything close to the rated 55 liters per minute. Stopped working altogether in less than two weeks.

There is no apparent way to make a claim on the purchased “insurance coverage” and the pump shorted out while pumping, less than 60 days after purchase. It could have started a grass fire.

I unboxed the pump, took one look at the brass hose connector that was badly formed, and repacked the box for return.Amazon did refund the purchase.

Bought this item for my neighbor as a gift because he is always giving me vegetables from his small farm. When the item came it was crystalized inside it didnt work not even once. I could see the disappointment on his face because he was really excited when he got it. Couldn't get a refund bcuz he tried to use it after the return date window had passed. DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!
