If you have ever seen the signs of mice in your engine Buy This!
we live in colorado on 35 acres of forest and high desert, mice love to nest in our engines and we have spent thousands of dollars rewiring, cleaning, replacing whatever they destroyed under our hoods. we finally bought this mint spray (Rodent repellent) and crisis resolved. why didn't I look for this a few years ago? excellent product, make sure you repeat the engine spraying weekly in the summer and continue to check under the hood. buy this product if you live in the country with field mice. cars are expensive don't lose yours to a little mouse with a brain no bigger then a bread crumb.

EXTREMELY GLAD I BOUGHT THIS
I live in an RV 5th wheel and though the unit itself is very nice, I have had a mice issue since moving into it over 2 years ago. While I managed to locate some of the hidden places they were coming into the coach from the cupboards, I have still been looking for something that I could actually spray in their direction if I hear them in the furnace area and other places inside the outer shell of the RV. This product sounded like it was a good option and so I got it! As soon as it arrived, I could tell that it was very potent, though thankfully all natural! As soon as I got it, I sprayed in the "basement" areas and decided to keep it handy in case I heard any of those "close by" noises. Sure enough, one day I could tell that something was behind the sink, drawers, stove, furnace area. I quickly shook the bottle and then opened the cupboard door to spray like crazy in the direction of the noises. At that point, I could literally hear whatever it was RUN out of that area and I have not heard anything since then. I have also used it on wasps to "stun" them, giving me a chance to kill them another way. But this stuff is my go-to now. I am very thankful for it. I sprayed it profusely in the basement area once again, and I have not seen any traces of mice droppings since then. This is a real blessing for me, and what a great bonus to know that it will not be at all harmful if any should float through the air into my coffee or any residue possibly end up on food preparation areas.I also love how the sprayer I can hold with my right hand while holding the bottle with my left hand. I wasn't sure how to attach the sprayer mechanism when I received it, but all you do is remove the tiny protective cap from the bottle and insert the little "ball" from the sprayer hose into the top. That's it. You do have to shake it before each use, but it comes with a tiny green cloth that I can put over the cover of the bottle for any tiny bit of product that may come out by shaking. That has never been an issue and actually there isn't a whole lot that does leak. But you do have to shake it first. So obviously those critters do not like this product, and for me that makes me feel very "armed", especially as the winter is approaching. I'm very thankful to have found this and would highly recommend anyone who faces incessant invasion by mice. I'm sure you will find this makes a difference!

Effective with a few minor setbacks
I’ve been using this rodent repellent spray in my garden, and overall, I’m pretty pleased with the results. Most importantly, it seems to be doing its job—I’ve noticed a drop in rat activity since I started applying it. It’s a relief to finally have something that seems to keep them away without resorting to traps or poison. One of the things I really like is the scent—it actually smells pleasant, which is a nice surprise for a product like this. Plus, it’s non-toxic, so I feel comfortable using it in my veggie garden and around my dog and family. The spray nozzle could use some improvement; it’s not the most efficient and sometimes leaks or just “spits” instead of actually giving a good, even spray, but it still gets the job done. Just be aware that it’s not a one-and-done solution—it does need to be reapplied every few days or after it rains, which can be a bit of a hassle. All in all, it’s a solid, natural option for keeping rodents out of the garden. I’ll keep using it as part of my regular maintenance routine.

Effective Ingredient is only 4% Peppermint Oil
Although the container shows the exact amount of peppermint oil on the front (you have to zoom in) many potential purchasers and people whom have already bought the product have missed this important factor. 4% seems to be the standard amount from what I've observed across the web. The decision to rate this with 3 stars is due to the small amount of peppermint oil and its seemingly ineffectiveness. That percentage is also why the product is so affordable. I researched pure peppermint or 100% peppermint oil and it is extremely expensive in bulk (more than 24 oz) however that is what you truly need if you want to rid your space of rodents. Some good points: The gallon container has a handle as well as a convenient spray nozzle attached to a hose that's about a foot (give or take) long. It makes it very easy to spray hard to reach areas (behind item's that can't easily be moved, underneath immovable or heavy objects, in corners etc). The scent is not as overwhelming as uncut peppermint oil yet some who have purchased this product have found it strong and offensive to the senses. I like the smell of peppermint oil so that didn't bother me. Depending on how much and how often you spray, it WILL linger for days, gradually dissipating. What did bother me is that we didn't have a mouse or rat infestation so to speak, just probably the mom and a kid or two and despite spraying every nook and cranny of our small living space (often multiple times per day) the one or two little bas**rds were still around! I've used pure/uncut essential peppermint oil in the past (soaking cotton balls and stuffing them in corners and wiping the baseboards and areas I've seen them in/on and where I've noticed their droppings) and it absolutely worked. It kept them out for months and for nearly a year we didn't see any sign of them. I emptied this gallon jug in less than a week and the crafty rodents seemed to have found a space to hide where they were not as effected by the overpowering mint because they were still coming out (albeit very cloak & daggerish--lol) looking for food. Eventually (several weeks later and after finding one of their main exit and entry points and soaking it with 100% Peppermint THEN plugging that hole) they or it left. I hesitate to say that this product doesn't work (esp since other reviews say otherwise) but from the product description my expectations were set high. I was looking to see mice packing up like on the cartoons (Lol). I wouldn't completely count MIGHTY MINT out. I would suggest that if you decide to purchase, try adding a few ounces (I used 16 oz) of essential peppermint oil to the mixture to make it more effective and save the handy jug for future use, especially if you need to dilute your pure oil. I hope this helps.
