I have been using this to help me sleep for a couple of years. It works better than any melatonin product I have tried. Never groggy after, I feel much better in the morning.

20 mg of Melatonin are a great deal as you can take 1/2 or even a 1/4. They work great. We both sleep well with these. After years of working odd shifts, our sleep habits were not the best. It is great to sleep through the night since we are retired!

I got these to assist with sleep. The flavor isn't the greatest but regardless they work well. They came quickly and quality seemed sufficient. Been using these for a few nights and have slept well.

These work really well! For me, they take about 20-40 mins to kick in but once they do I knock out. The only bad thing I have to say is that I really can’t stand the taste so I try to wash it down with a strong drink. Other than that, amazing!

I’ve pretty much tried them all, (unfortunately). These work wonderfully for me. Do not make me groggy next morning. Easy to swallow, & work within an hr. I’ve purchased many times. It’s effective & safe , without using any prescriptions. 👍🏻. Signed: Just can’t turn my brain off at night!

Works great! It's common to see 10 mg and this is the only site that I can find 20 mg.

I have been using 20 MG melatonin for over a year, thought I would try this one, but it doesn't keep me asleep through the night, like my original brand, so going back to the other brand
