Works nicely for TIG welding preparation.I found it useful to reserve wire brushes for specific metals. One dedicated to aluminum. Another dedicated to mild steel, and perhaps another for stainless. A cleanliness fetish helps with TIG welding in general and not using the same wire brush for both aluminum and steel is a prudent measure.These brushes stand up to brisk use when cleaning off aluminum oxide!

I’m a tool guy. I had a couple of big jobs to do - stripping old layers of paint down to bare wood on a large patio table, prepping old stucco surfaces to repair and re-stucco, patching wide cracks in sidewalks and driveway.The price was reasonable for two wood handled stainless steel brushes. I expected to blow through the two to nubs then get some more if needed. No need! I’ve finished all the jobs using just one brush. Frankly I’m surprised. Very few bent bristles, dirt, paint, cement and stucco popped right off with a little tapping and a rinse (air dried).I put unused one in a baggy - what can’t rust always does - and I’m using the first to clean up the grill and outdoor griddle. And if there’s anything left there’s some oil and paint on the sidewalk, garage and patio to attend to. I’ve done some runs on these and the brush will do just fine.

The bristles are very solid and hard. It stripped loose paint off my metal fence without losing any bristles. The handle is very strong. Feels like a buy it for life item!

Good product, but not as heavy duty as other products used. Good price.

The brushes exceed expectation as far as stubborn moss is concerned. The brushes are easy to use with durable handles that do not break off. The handles are also longer and comfortable to hold when scrubbing. Bristles and cleaning power is very effective with getting moss off easily. Would highly recommend and well worth the price :)
