Drawing as Therapy: Know yourself through art Hardcover – September 7, 2021

My wife loves this book. Great guide for drawing for pleasure.

I work as a behavioral health therapist and purchased this book for work with clients. I started to doodle in it as I waited for my telehealth clients. Before I knew it, I had completed several pages--not my original intent but an added bonus. I would not use this book in therapy as it seems to random and extensive for professional use. But, if you like to doodle or write it is fabulous. In fact, so fabulous that I need to cut this review short as I am about to draw a picture of an atypical horse. I like it.

Lovely so far. Surprised as to how I am showingup for myself! Would be interested in having it be one sided so pen doesn't bleed through.
