I’m mistakenly purchased this product without carefully looking at the ingredients
I’m sure this product will work well for others, but it doesn’t quite suit my unique physiology I apologize for my oversight

Easy to swallow , no stomach acidity
These pills are easy to drink. Zinc pills are great to take specially for men. I had another brand and every time I took one. I would get an upset stomach. With these pills I no longer have that sensation. I’m happy with them.

Not recommended for colds/immune support
I use zinc whenever I feel a cold or illness coming on. This product is NOT WORKING. Turns out they use zinc oxide (cheapest form) and the body absorbs ZnO the least but most importantly, this is not the type of zinc uses or recommended for immune support. Wish I would have read the ingredients prior to purchase.
