Great value. About 6-8 50 lb bags of sand fills it well enough. Great size for kids.

The material is durable but it was difficult to keep it put together. There are caps that go in the bottom, but they to not lock in place. A better design would be some type of cap that screws on and locks it in. It kept jumping out. We are going to try and figure out how we can screw it together.

So the piece that keeps it together doesn't securely attached to the walls. This if ground is not flat (concrete flat) it will fall apart. And the same pieces used to attach the walls together are used to secure it to the ground with spikes. Really?!! So if you lift the wall, the connector will just fall off and stay stuck on the ground. Just flat out bad design.The walls themselves look sturdy. But I can't keep it together to ever put sand in it.UPDATE: Using angle metal I covered the connectors so they can't fall off. (See pics). But this is an extra $25 in parts. I only did this because I went past the return window. Else I'd get something different.

Go with a sandbox that is one solid piece. This thing is easy to disconnect, defeating the purpose of containing sand. The liner and cover are laughable. We might as well have just dumped sand on the grass and told the kiddo to have at it.

I never leave reviews, but I cannot help myself. This has been a terrible sandbox for us. The sides don’t connect together evenly which means the sand spills out through the cracks, and the cover doesn’t stay on at all. I even added heavy duty Velcro. Didn’t matter. Fills with water after a rain and is a mess. Will return it for something else. This isn’t it.

My 2 year old loves this sandbox! I like this size. The size is perfect for 3-4 people to play with. He sat on a small seat in the corner, chattering away while playing. We like him!
