This product is the truthhhhhĥhhh. I had eczema on my face and nothing helped, everything just irritated it or cause the affected areas to swell. This product is what cleared my face. I can eat dairy and not put on my cream for 2-3 days. It doesn't really have any smell to me. Dont have to use alot of the cream a little goes a long way. This is the best cream for eczema and itching!
