Clinere Earwax RemovaL was very easy to use. The package comes with two bottles of solution and the tool to take the wax out. I just placed several drops of the peroxide solution in my ear and waited somewhere between 5-10 minutes. After the solution drained out, I used the tool to scrape the wax out. Thats pretty much all that you do. I would definitely recommend this to others and would repurchase this.

These ear wax drops use a 6.5% carbamide peroxide formulation, the same compound and strength as in the name brand option (Debrox, for example). It's a tried and true method that works well for me. This comes with 2 bottles of ear wax softener plus a dozen cleaner tools. I prefer to use a warm water flush rather than a tool, but the tools are effective as well.The kit is more expensive than buying just a couple of bottles of the wax softening solution, but is not priced out of range when factoring in the tools. The shelf life is decent, with the bottles I received in June 2023 expiring in December 2024. The product lists the US distributor, but does not indicate the country of manufacture, so I assume it is not made in the US.A decent kit that performs well. 4.5 stars.

I use Clinere earwax remover to loosen the earwax inside my ears before rinsing it out with an ear irrigator. When I used an ear irrigator without carbamide peroxide, I wasn’t making any progress so I very much recommend this to use alongside an ear irrigator. The included ear cleaners are a nice finishing touch for my ear cleaning routine. I use an ear cleaner after first rinsing my ears out to scope any leftover earwax.

I’ve used the cleaning sticks in the past, but this was the first time that I’ve used the peroxide cleaning solution with the sticks. Cleaning is definitely easier, and more thorough, when using the liquid cleaning solution, than it is without it.The soft plastic sticks are rigid enough to help remove wax and debris, but gentle enough to not cause pain or irritation. One end has a flexible scoop, the other end has a spiraled fin. The spiraled fin end works very well for cleaning, and for relieving itching in the ear. The kit should last for at least six cleanings of each ear, possibly more. At under $15, the kit is a good value, certainly less expensive than getting a professional cleaning. I’m very pleased with this kit and I highly recommend it.

The ear cleaner fluid was helpful in the wax removal process by making it more fluid and less sticky. Unfortunately, the sticks provided to remove the wax were uncomfortable. The scoop end worked at digging out larger bits of wax, the opposite end--shaped like a honey dipper—hurt to use. I tried placing the sticks in warm water to soften the hard plastic to no avail. I will stick to Q tips for regular cleaning and use these only if/when build up occurs.

This Clinere Earwax Removal Kit comes in a seal paper box. Inside the box are two sealed dropper bottles plus 12 disposable ear wax removal sticks loose in the box. I thought the sticks would be like the soft silicone tools I purchased during the past but these are a bit harder. I only used the solution with cotton swab to gently swipe my ears. I find the solution gentle and does not irritate my sensitive ears.
