I like it
The product itself is great, we just had our limitations having a dog that chows down anything so we don't really use the treat and feather on the furbo much. We tried the free subscription and honestly, it was pretty good getting videos recorded of your cat while you're away and interactions that you have with your cat. We had lots of funny interactions with our cat that we saved while we were on the free trial and I do miss that a little bit. It was nice to have a track record to see when your cat was last active, especially if she's hiding on the live camera. The notifications were a bit excessive though, I think you're able to control that but I just didn't bother. The quality of the video isn't like a 4K or anything special, but it's good enough to see everything clearly. The camera has a really wide range it can cover, it's blind spot probably only is like a good 30 degrees behind itself, so you can pretty much see anything in the room. There's no zoom feature, nor can the camera pan up or down so you have to make sure your placement is pretty good. The night vision also helps cause it toggles itself on/off automatically or you can toggle it manually. The treat system seems easy to use, just fill from the top and control from your phone app. We don't use it to throw treats, but we do use it to make a chirping sound to get our cats attention. The microphone feature is great, I've stopped our gobbler dog to not dig into our cats litter box by yelling into it. I honestly don't know how it sounds cause I never tested it but, my pets can hear me so it's ok.I do wish the subscription was free, it wasn't so expensive as I remember it but I'm currently just using it free. Maybe when I feel the need to spy on my cat a little more, I would resub but for the time being, I'm content with just the free account. Don't get me wrong though, it is definitely convenient to be subscribed.

So helpful for documenting seizure stages
This is one of the best things I’ve ever purchased. My dog was recently diagnosed with epilepsy and this helps us report and play back every stage of our girls seizures to her neurologists. Thankfully we’ve always been with her during the events but they are so awful the last thing we have bandwidth for is timing the pre ictal, ictal, and post ictal stages. The Furbo catches it all, every time. As a dog behaviorist, I find so many products are junk that are sold for dogs. The Furbo is so incredibly helpful for us. Thank you Furbo.

Camera works well, treats and voice didn’t soothe my dog
My dog has extreme separation anxiety and I bought this camera in the hopes of using the voice feature and treats to help him. I work from home so I only leave usually for an hour each day for the gym, nothing too extended. The camera is awesome, it’s great at following him, attempting the calm down feature it has, the app as been amazing. Super happy with all the features. But unfortunately my dog doesn’t care for the treats unless I’m home. The voice feature did not work with him either. So though I can watch him and monitor my home, it has not relieved his anxiety

Lots of interaction
Nice nanny cam. Treat dispenser. Not to accurate in notifications as far as what’s happening in the room, but does notify of certain events correctly. Takes cute selfies when dog is facing and close to the camera. Treat dispenser is great! Very functional. No lag. Camera quality is great. Picture quality is great. Easy to set up. My dogs respond to the treat dispenser noise it makes just before dispensing. They got it right away. Great direction on how to use and train and set up. Sound quality is good!

Don’t buy- not worth it at all
UGH. I had high hopes for the Furbo Mini Pet Camera. Unfortunately, UGH double UGH triple UGH. I don’t like it all nor does my dog! This product is unfortunately what I would call an “epic fail”.I’ve had this camera for a few weeks now and I did (unfortunately) pay for the subscription service so in total the camera cost more than a regular security camera I could have bought and used an SD card with.Things to keep in mind:01) The mini pet cam does not dispense treats. I do not need it to do that but I wanted to point that out as the larger/regular one does.02) The camera lens looks straight ahead, you cannot move the direction the camera is looking in remotely. For example if you get an alert your dog is chewing or doing something bad but then moves out of the frame, you cannot move the camera to see them. I’ve had other cameras like Netvue or Kasa that can rotate on their own. I do think my dog likes that it doesn’t rotate as you don’t hear the sound of that.03) Photo quality is VERY POOR. I get an alert my dog is chewing on something- I cannot see what it is, I cannot zoom in enough to see.04) I am constantly alerted that a human was spotted and get super scared and anxious that someone is in my house- however, it’s just my dog. Apparently, Furbo thinks my dog is more human.05) You only can get the same alert every 30 minutes? 30 minutes is too long to alert me to something if my dog is sick.06) constantly loses connection and tells me I don’t have internet when I do or that the power was disconnected but it’s not. I can’t magically disconnect and reconnect every time this happens as I need to be able to view the camera from afar…. What use it is if it’s constantly going out on me?The subscription is an absolute rip off. A joke.Furbo should be ashamed of themselves for selling such a poorly made camera. If I could give negative stars I would! This review is written by a human that has a verified purchase of this camera and subscription. I will gladly be sharing this review across sites and platforms so others do not get ripped off like me!You are much better paying for a different camera of higher quality and features. I wanted to like this and bought this as it’s specifically geared towards pets and I thought it would be nice to receive notifications on what my pet was doing. The AI just isn’t that great.UPDATE: I just received a message from Furbo? The seller? Who knows. They want me to send them photos detailing my issues so they can help me. Take photos of the sticker on the bottom of my device. Asking what color the light is on the device, blaming poor connectivity on ME. ENOUGH. I have had enough with these sellers trying to sell me on a product that is awful and I don’t want anymore. I do not recommend this camera and I surely do not recommend the subscription service which is the bigger rip off and Furbo isn’t going to change my mind. Serious updates need to be made to this camera and troubleshooting is not going to solve the poor photo quality, the inability to get notifications every 1-5 minutes instead of 30 minutes? It’s not. Again, if I’m not home how can I troubleshoot my internet connection or turn the camera on/off and fix it from afar? I can’t. This camera is useless and I give zero stars. This is a verified purchase.
