Why did you pick this product vs others?:The product is amazing comparing to other brands. Useful for small family. I am using this from October 2024. In June 2025 this chopper was not working well and as per the Brand policy I have registered a complaint against exchange or repaired service, and within 7 days they exchange the item and now I have received my new mini chopper without any problem. Thanks to all the team member who support me and specially Miss. Paromita Ghosh. Go for it. The service is excellent

I don't think , even MNC can matched the customer care of this product. The product have got issue three times, but the company replaced the product promptly at all times without asking any question.

Good Product
Like the after sales service of agaro.Got a free replacement for my faulty product (not working after two months due to some issue). Replacement of item was hassalfree.So I would definitely recommend the product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:So far this is the best electric chopper ive used. Sturdy, soundless , speed and easy to use. The only drawback is its size. Its too small.

Superb
Nice product was working properly for 9 months, yet charging and didn't run. Raised complaint in Agaro website. Happen to share videos. Got approved and got replacement in 1 week. Great service! And responsibility from brand i never seen around other brands.Best product to buy

Absolutely love the product.My mom also loves it. Makes chopping so convenient.Battery is also good.Blades are sharp.Customer support is also very nice. If there is any problem, they resolve within least possible time.
