Got this for my daughter that loves frozen sleep masks. She uses the every night. This one is nice because it's individually padded around the eyes and is more cushiony than most. It doesn't retain the cold as long as thinner ones but even out of the freezer it feels cool. Get a little case to keep it in if you put it in the freezer.

They're comfortable, but doesn't stay cold for very long. About 5 mins and that's it

I love this mask. I don’t love the full headed one as much so this was perfect. And it blocks out so much light. I am able to get to sleep very quickly and it isn’t that heavy on my face which I was concerned about. I love that it is an ice pack as well, that has helped with my eyes so much recently. Definitely recommend this.

Not full coverage and does not stay cold for more than 3-5 mins

Overall 5 star with some very minor issues. I've been working night shift for the past 10 months and only recently have I looked into getting some kind of sleep mask. I have a big head and this thing expands to fit me. It's comfortable. Slightly cooling. The main thing is it keeps out a lot of light. Not total black out but def over 90%. I got a long bridge on my nose and it start high so I wish this had a deeper cut for the nose, but it's basically the only gripe I have with it. It does let some light in at my cheeks because of the nose cutout but it's only noticeable when my eyes are open. I keep it on all night/day/whenever I wake up. It's lightweight and comfortable. Thanks.
