I take folic acid for my thyroid gland. I didn't know so many ladies are taking it to get pregnant. That is interesting. it is however, a good product this 365 brand.

These vitamins are a great deal for the price. I was a little skeptical at first when ordering folic acid to take during my pregnancy online. Although I knew I had to try something, this brand and dosage is amazing. I recently had a kidney transplant and my nails were peeling and thin and my hair was thinning due to the anti rejection medications. I've been taking this for 4 weeks now and my nails are stronger than I remember them being in years! The ridges are even fading away. I'm actually shocked at how good they look.It hasn't seemed to help my hair thicken, but maybe it's helping keeping it from falling out even more.
